Classes
WOD
WOD is the 'Workout of the Day.' Each day a new WOD is posted to our website, and it’s part of a complete programme designed to improve strength and conditioning. All our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. The WOD can be scaled to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level.
Engine Room
Engine Room is our twice weekly class designed to increase your overall fitness using just our wide range of cardio machines and body weight exercices.
SKILLS AND DRILLS
Skills and Drills is a class on a Tuesday at 8.00pm designed to give you the coaching time you need to help develop and perfect any gymnastic or technical movements under the supervision and watch of one of our experienced coaches
MOBILITY
This class combines exercises that increase the range of motion, stabilisation, and control within your joints and surrounding muscles. Focussing on exercises and movements that prioritise flexibility, balance, and strength.
Olympic Lifting
This is an opportunity for athletes to focus on Olympic Weightlifting and build their strength and power. The class includes technique work, a variety of barbell movements, accessory movements and maximal effort lifts. The class is led by experienced, fully qualified coaches.

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING
Functional Bodybuilding is a class that prioritises quality of movement over intensity. Where movement quality is more important than the amount of load (weight) or intensity (work) applied. Tempo (time under load) and full range of movement are key. Coupled with the correct number of repetitions, sets and the required amount of rest all have a significant purpose in this class.
Open Box
Open Box is an opportunity for our members to perform some independent programming, while a coach monitors their training, in an environment that doesn't interfere with normal group classes. Open Box is a more hands-off environment where attendees are expected to have a solid grasp on their training goals and only need basic refinements on the movements they’re working on.(available on set days)
